Requirements:
Design and build a high speed robotic assembly machine, to enable a significant increase in product output.
Different components are automatically fed into the machine, where the system picked and placed and glued the constituents into the final product.
The assembled product was then cut into various format sizes at the final stage of the process.
Technology used:
Fanuc Robotics, Keyence vision system, Nordson glue system, SMC Pneumatics, Pro-Face HMI and WAGO LPC.
